Silicone rubber sealing gaskets are high-performance elastic sealing materials made based on organic silicon polymers. - High Temperature Resistance: Long-term working temperature range can reach -60℃ to 250℃, and short-term can withstand 300℃ (such as automotive engine sealing). It can be used nearly permanently at 150℃ and for continuous operation at 200℃ for over 10,000 hours.
- Low Temperature Resistance: It remains elastic at -70℃ and is not prone to cracking, suitable for refrigeration equipment and cold-weather machinery.
2. Excellent Sealing and Physical Stability
- Waterproof and Dustproof: The closed-cell structure provides excellent airtightness, low water absorption rate, suitable for battery boxes, outdoor electronic equipment, etc., which need to prevent liquid intrusion.
- High Resilience and Anti-Compression: Resilience rate > 90%, compression permanent deformation rate low (≤ 50% after 48 hours at 200℃), suitable for environments requiring frequent disassembly or vibration (such as battery shock-absorbing pads in new energy vehicles).
